Chapter 2 Loading detections data

kaltoa uses special objects to hold receiver detection data. Detections objects are tables holding all the detection data for a single receiver and DetectionsList objects hold all the detection tables for the entire array. A DetectionsList should contain all the receivers required for telemetry positioning at a site.

Detections objects also keep track of sync-tag emissions. That is, a tag attached to the receiver with known emission times. These sync-tags are used to synchronize the clocks across the array.
